Lots of food for breakfast, it was cheap. The location of the hotel was very central, very close to the city centre, supermarket and transports.

The room was rather spacious and had impressive views over garden and KL Tower.

This hotel was set in a very central area next to almost all the major attractions of the city, neat rooms & clean rooms as well as Crossroad.

The location it offers is marvellous and awesome, very close to the train station, other attractions, and Saturday night market.

The room was fashionable and neat with the view, everything was very good. A shower, a hair dryer, and a bidet were a plus.

I had a wonderful stay at Flora By Crossroads! The room was incredibly spacious and clean, with both king-sized beds looking brand new. The mini refrigerator in the room was exceptionally efficient and cooled down my drinks perfectly. I also appreciated the presence of an electric kettle and a big, clean clothes cabinet. The safe in the room was larger than what I've seen in 5-star hotels, which made me feel secure. The hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to major tourist attractions. Additionally, the WiFi was reliable, and there were some English channels available on the TV. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional value for money.

I had a great stay at a hotel in the city center. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with valuable recommendations for our tour. The hotel's location was perfect, with malls and a hypermarket just a short walk away. The monorail station was also close by, making it easy to explore the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and they even provided a city map with all the rail routes. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and convenient location.

The room I stayed in had limited toiletries and only two complimentary bottles of water. Additionally, there were some maintenance issues, such as a malfunctioning socket and unpleasant smells in the bathroom.
